Talyi started from our simple frustration: great candidates were disappearing because the tools used to find them weren't working. So we decided to build something better.

People are writing resumes using AI to best fit the job description. Jobs are getting 500+ applicants within hours. More than ever "real" is needed. We're building software that helps pull out the "real" from all hiring phases. It will be autonomous and intelligent, so that your time is spent being human: setting criteria, interacting with candidates, and making informed decisions.

We’re a cohesive team of software engineers that have worked together for over 10 years. We bring a unique set of technical skills and strengths to the table, including backend, frontend, database and user experience design. This guy Claude is on our team too, he's new but learns quickly. We've built a modern AI-centric platform from the ground up to provide the next generation of smart, autonomous and (most importantly) helpful software.
